Rink Riverside Printing, Inc., started along the river: 1961.
Rink Printing Company was founded in 1961 as Rink Riverside Printing, Inc., located along the St. Joseph River in downtown South Bend, Indiana. Founder Donald Rink established the company with a strong local following built on quality and service.
In 1984, Donald’s son, Michael Rink, became president and began transforming the business from a small neighborhood print shop into a trusted partner for the advertising, promotion, and marketing industries. His strategy focused on attracting exceptional talent and investing in state-of-the-art equipment to expand capabilities and strengthen client partnerships.
By 2000, growth led to a move into a new facility at 814 South Main Street. The company continued to evolve with the addition of digital printing in 2004 and, in 2018, the installation of LED UV offset technology, enabling high-quality printing on synthetic substrates.
In 2024, Michael assumed the role of CEO, while his son, Evan Rink, became president, continuing the family legacy into its third generation. That same year, the installation of a new UV offset press further increased production capacity and enhanced capabilities.
Today, Rink Printing Company continues to invest in advanced printing and finishing technologies, as well as expanded marketing services and data management solutions—delivering innovation, quality, and value to clients across industries.
